Hello, my name is Mandi Mack. I teach busy women and men how to feel less stressed, more relaxed and empowered, through a fun combination of massage, yogic concepts and meditation. I believe that in each of us there is a healer, and all we need is a little encouragement to explore. I’ve burnt out, trying to be and do too much; I was pulled in a million directions, spreading myself too thin. Through a tonne of trial and error and searching, I’ve come to realize many truths. I want to share what I’ve learned and help others thrive by inspiring their curiosity and providing tools to support their adventure inward. My designations are Ayurvedic Marma-Therapist (marma are gateways for the mind, body and spirit) trained in Tongue and Pulse diagnosis, Thai Therapist and Massage Practitioner including Cupping and Scraping, Table Thai, Pregnancy, Plant Spirit Medicine, Yoga Instructor (200hrs) and Yoga Therapist (IYTA), Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Quantum Touch, and I’m sure there are a few more I’m forgetting. Hi there, my name is Ashley Norton. My job here is to help you reconnect the balance between how your body and mind communicates stress. Through a collection of different tools, Deep Tissue, Orthopaedic Sport Massage, Therapeutic Relaxation, CranioSacral Therapy, Cupping Therapy and a few Metaphysical modalities we can assess where you need to focus your energy to feel your best. I am trained to treat and ease a wide variety of conditions including sciatic pain, chronic headaches, central nervous system disorders, postural dysfunctions, acute and chronic injury and stress. One of the most satisfying parts of my job is seeing the lightbulb moment when my clients realize that this pain they've been carrying, be it an injury, a chronic condition or just the general stressors of daily life, can be so much lighter through self care and Massage Therapy. Together we can assess, treat and make a plan to help you - while you're on my massage table and once you return home. I am continuing to learn new techniques to better help you, and I am so excited to be a part of your healing journey. ~ Ashley Norton, RMT
